I’m feel sorry for that person.
We are not God, a part of god, we are only human, we don’t have all the answers, even if there isn’t a God. We still don’t have all the answers.
God has a plan and life for everyone. A skin condition should not come in between. He knew us even before we were born. God looks at the HEART.

“It’s because of our sinful human nature and/or original sin”.

Anyways, I just don’t buy it!
If this god of theirs was supposedly all-powerful, he could easily destroy Satan. And if he was all-loving, he could easily forgive us, and eradicate diseases like these. (Weren’t our “sins” supposed to be forgiven because of Jesus anyway?!)
A loving theistic god is, as far as I can see, not only highly improbable.
It is a total impossibility! I mean, just take a look around, for crying out loud…
As you can see, it is part of life here on earth. I believe the appearance of a person’s soul is the appearance of the personality of that person. You can be beautiful or ugly here on earth. God does not mind about the looks, but the personality and the belief of a person. And we should not also care about the person’s appearance.
So then, what you’re saying is is that God hates that girl?
No, God lets humanity live in his sinful state. You and I are both sinners. The world is suffering because of sin. Man would live forever if he was without sin. But, because he isn’t, God has not allowed man to live forever until his sin is dealt with. Until then, man will continue to live in a decaying, pain-filled world.
